Res Scan 3.7

I have Res Scan 3.3, which doesn't work under Vista. This is a real pain, because it means I have to use another machine, rather than my notebook.

Today I sent an email to Resmed, told them it was a problem. Got a response straight away, and they're sending by mail a copy of 3.7, no charge

Pretty good service.

Hello,
When I found software online on 3.3 ver the website says "This software absolutely does NOT work with S8 II machines." I have S8 Autoset II, can I buy ver 3.3 and have it read the data from my machine? I found 3.5 one afternoon, but can't find the website again. And I am willing to buy 3.7 from across the ocean, but it takes three weeks to get here. If 3.3 works, I can get it a lot faster and then upgrade. Thanks.

You need at least ResScan v3.4 for it to work with the AutoSet II and v3.5 if you are running Vista. Please check your PM.

Now this makes sense .. I am wondering if I do not have the correct version of the software for my machine .. I will have to check tonight at home.
