Is that one of those silly HSA plan thingy's? If so I've used the visa debit card that I got for it from Aetna to buy stuff from cpap.com haven't bought a machine there yet but everything else yes.

My experience with those debit cards is that one can usually also submit charges on paper for reimbursement or use the debit card or a combination of both options. The debit card is supposed to be a convience. Having recently worked in a pharmacy where you would think they would work I have seen many that did not. Was that due to the card or the pharmacy, I really don't know. I had one of these a couple years ago and ignored the card, purchased my stuff and submitted the bills successfully for reimbursement.

I lump these debit cards into the same category as the other preloaded debit cards -- the ones that have now pretty much replaced gift cards from VISA, Discover etc. Pretty annoying to use since the cashiers never seem to know which button, and you have to know how much is on the card. And in the case of the non-medical cards, they charge you to buy them. A ripoff.
