To my great surprise holding a finger over the "vent" orifice had very little effect on reported pressure when I gave the manometer a test drive. My new RemtarDS460TS is set to 12 cm/H20 and the F&P manometer consistently reads at 12.5 on several runs. I am impressed with it construction and apparent durability.
