cpap on airline

Thanks to all who have posted regarding cpap through airline security.

Is there anyone out there who have used their cpap on overnight flights. Planning a trip to Hawaii and the return is a nine hour overnight flight.

You will need an elecricity outlet for your machine - some seats in some planes in some companies have them...
This site http://www.seatguru.com might help you fine out which.

You might want to look into the AEIOmed Aura CPAP if you fly alot. It has an integrated battery available for it.

my sleep apnoea is so bad that I often sit sleeping prior to treatment

I actually wake up at night and then sit sleeping

I guess if you fly first class then you may need a cpap when lying flat, I wondered I would be ok with flying economy class, just cannt see the money flies away that way,
