It's a small business and they have been very responsive to my emails but one time didn't reply right away. They apologized in their reply. I'm just utterly grateful for the product. Without it, I get a snout full of water that is very unpleasant and disrupts my sleep. I tried various things first, but nothing came close to the Aussie hose.
In summer it's ok without the heated hose, but the other 3 seasons I use it.

If anyone desires to obtain a lower voltage AC adapter, as compared to the 12 V unit that comes with the Sleepzone hose, Radio Shack in the US
has a 9V 1500 miliamp adapter with a type "N" style power connector.
Radio Shack makes a general adapter that will made with numerous power plugs, the one that happens to fit the connector on the Aussie hose is what
Radio Shack denotes as "N", which has nothing to do with standard RF type connectors known by the same letters.

Why might we want the lower voltage AC adapter? Would the hose warm up less?
