Shouldn't the APAP blow if I hold my breath?

You need to hold your breath for a long time . like the Jeopardy tune. Then it will blow harder...and Harder...Harder...till your eyes pop out... I stopped holding just before my eyes poped 3min 27 sec.
It works like a champ

My machine i believe is the respironics st you refer to it says syncrony and auto trak sensitivity as well on it. If i understand you guys you are trying to see if it bumps the pressure up if you hold your breathe to simulate a episode
