My B-I-L just recv'd diagnosis and would like to know best way to select device, and what criteria to use, need info because representative from HMO will be visiting to-morrow and want to be prepared for making right decision.

Best plan of attack is to do homework and read!
If you will spend a couple of hours reading pasts posts about machines, masks you will get the drift of what is going to happen. You are just starting a long journey that will last the rest of your life and there is nothing like an education.
