Resmed Swift II Parts

Post by ozalchemist » Sun Jul 15, 2007 7:46 am

I'm almost afraid to ask this, but are spare parts available for resmed masks?

I Use the MIrage Swift II and after six months I'm finding that the side hose is getting to be a bit kinked (I can be a violent sleeper). It's probably going to be the first place to fail.

I can probably buy a whole new mask on ebay for about $100US, a new mask in Australia is $250AU or so.

Anyone ever bought spare bits (tubes, pillows straps etc)? Or should I just go and get an entire new mask as a spares kit?

Trust me, I'm a chemist...

hI OZAL

I have visted Perth 3 times and am a fan!

You do not need to buy a new set, you buy the mask parts

this is an example of the SWIFT parts you can buy

ozalchemist,

If you can't find or get a new side hose for the Swift II, then get one for the Swift I, they are the same. In fact all the parts for the two Swifts are the same EXCEPT for the pillows, clip and frame. The headset, side hose and cap are the same for both. That said, the cap just happens to be a different color for the Swift II, but thats the only difference.

I hope this helps!
