Want to acquire Encore Pro Data Management Software - where?

Hello All,

I'm a 3 day veteran of cpap and would love to get the software to download the data in my machine. But I cannot find a source so far - does anyone know where to get it? Thanks!

Erle,

Your profile shows a Remstar machine but an M series humidifier. The 1.6 version won't work with an M, I believe, so you might want to be sure of your machine type.

Version 1.6 does work with the M Series. However, 1.6 won't work with Microsoft's new Vista operating system. You'll need version 1.8 (if you can find it) to run Encore Pro on Vista.
