Hi there! I'm new to CPAP

Post by guard_girl21 » Thu May 24, 2007 1:39 pm

I just picked up my CPAP machine today. I've been using a loaner from my pulmonologist's office for 3 nights now until mine came in and I must say I feel so good. I was actually wide awake at 6:45 this morning. Such a great feeling compared to how I have spent many years in a sleepy haze. Anyway I am using a ResMed S8 compact and mirage swift nasal pillows. I'm really liking the nasal pillows, I thought they would be more uncomfortable than they are. I'm glad I found this message board in case I have any questions about my new CPAP.

Hi gg, welcome!

This sight has helped me so much I couldn't even begin to tell you. Any questions, just ask and chances are someone will have an answer. Might I suggest you fill out the profile and list your equipment...

Welcome!

Congrats for doing so well. The beginning is the hard part. If you can start with few, if any, problems you're well on your way to success. Should a problem develope, or you just want info, post and someone will always help. You can also stop into chat for info or questions(or just to chat!).
