Well, I finally got a new interface today. Here's hoping the Breeze works well for me. Initially putting it on, I feel it is much more comfortable than the Ultra Mirage that I started with. I am just a little worried about my nasal passages getting sore. I have a heated humidifier. I anyone's experience, do you find the humidifier helps?
Any other advice I should watch out for ahead of time would be much appreciated. This pregnant Mommy of a toddler needs some much needed zzzzz's!
Thanks!
L
I got my Breeze today!
Breeze with Nasal Pillows
When I started on the Breeze, the inside of my nose was sore for 2 weeks. I stayed with it because it was so much more comfortable to sleep in than a mask. I have used it for a year and a half now, and love it.

Hey laniej
I have found that putting a dab of KY jelly in my nares works wonders. My RT told me not to use any non-water based lubricant.
I've been doing this for 3 months, and never had any more sores. Also, with regular cleaning, my breeze is still in great shape.

The Friendly Hosehead!
Thanks to everyone for all the great input both here and under the "I Love CPAP" thread. I struggled with the Breeze my first night last night, but will take everyone's ideas into mind before I try it again tonight. I don't know what I would do without this forum. I am frustrated, but at least I know everyone goes throught it and there are ways to remedy the situation and still make it work!
