ResMed AirCurve 10 ASV — 7,165 hrs. $800.

I will ship and buy a label for you if you want, approximate cost for most of USA is 12-15 dollars and insurance is $10, so $25 total or less. You will need to pay the shipping on top of the purchase price, or if you ever come to Vegas you can pickup in person.
Moving to a plain bilevel — ASV turned out to be overkill for me.
