20 LB weight loss

Post by springman946 » Sat Jul 04, 2026 8:56 am

hello everyone I have lost 20 LBS since march 3 of this year and was wondering if I wold be able to get off of my bipap machine if I lost another 20 pounds I have 2 types of sleep CSA and OSA so if I lost like 40 pounds would it be possiable to get rid of the osa I know when I was a baby I had wires attached to me that would let the doctors know when I stopped breathing they thought i was having a heart attack come to find out that this was not the case it was my CSA. so taht mean I have had CSA since I was born. so I don't think i will ever lose the CSA but what about the osa if I lost 40 pounds. thanks again

Possible: Yes
Probability: No one can predict that.
My opinion: Unlikely.

If you need to lose 20 more lbs. to have a healthy BMI, just do it.
