Desperate Need Of CPAP Machine

Greetings all! I've been on CPAP for 20 years now and have gone through 3 machines. Last night my AirSense 10 decided to retire. Unfortunately I have no insurance and am disabled due to a failed back surgery in 2018 which got infected and I was 6 hours from death when I arrived at the ER. I've looked into local resources and it seems like no one has an answer of where to obtain even a used one. I'm hoping someone on here has any suggestions or has been in this situation.
