Week 2. Still tired

Post by Sandie5 » Fri Feb 27, 2026 6:50 pm

I'm using the Resmed 10 with a nasal pillow mask. I've adjusted to the mask pretty quickly but I'm just tired. I want to nap but I'm fighting it.

I don't have access to Oscar or Myair because the Cpap is a trial from the store.

Is it normal to be this tired at this point?

welcome to the zoo!

do you happen to know what your settings are?

and yes, it can take time for cpap to work it's magic.

ETA-you can still use Oscar as it lives on your computer not on your cpap.

I tried getting Oscar set up but it seems the serial number is attached to the store's app. So I'm just chugging along. I do all the right things but still spending my afternoons at home because I need to nap.

Do you take any medications of any kind?

Not really taking any meds. I'm due to see my sleep doctor in a few months after I go back for the following sleep study with the cpap. I'll see if he can suggest something.

On your sleep study, how bad was your sleep apnea (most doctors report as mild, moderate or severe)?
Do you know what your lowest O2 level and your AHI were on the sleep study?

How much sleep are you getting?
What is the data on your "My Air" cellphone app?
If you don't have the app, you can get the data directly off your machine.
