Hello,
I have an AirSense 10 and according to the myAir portal stopped sending data on Nov 19 2025. When I look at the machine I see the wireless icon with a green circle crossed out. I have tried restarting the machine and checked to make sure airplane mode is turned off. Any ideas on how to resolve the issue?
Note: I do realize I can get the data off the SD card still but since it isn't uploaded my doctor requires you to go in person instead of virtual appointments.
Thanks!
AirSense 10 not connecting
Re: AirSense 10 not connecting
I had that problem once. What fixed it is unplugging it waiting for a few minutes and Plugging it in again. It’s been working since then. Also I think the airsense 10 is discontinued now there is an 11. So if you had your unit at least 5 years I think you might be able to get a new one. I know that’s how it is with some providers and insurances.

Re: AirSense 10 not connecting
It may not help where you presently use the AS10, but try placing the unit by a window and see if it can show a received signal there. On my cell phone the signal is weak inside the house, but if I try it near a window I can generally get a few more bars to show. One of the numbers on your AS10 indicates it uses a 4G cellular system so that is current enough that it should work if signal is getting to it.

Re: AirSense 10 not connecting
It's either not broadcasting or there is no cell tower close enough to connect to.
Take it on a road trip, (a city centre a friends house, etc.) plug it in where you know there should be strong cell signals. Plug it in.
If you see bars, in your non-home location you know it's your location. If you don't see bars in any of your road trip locations, your 4g modem is toast. See if you can buy a cheap (used)Air 10 (4g) device and swap the modem. They're easy to swap out.
I believe in the US, Air 10s use(d) T-Mobile and T-Mobile has started to phase out 4G.
