No able to sleep/ Bipap Pressure Setting Help

Ive been using bipap for several years, usually with no issues. My ipap and epap settings are too low, or too high or a combination of the two right now. I havent gotten good sleep in 5 days, every time Ive had this issue, its been the settings are too low, or high. Im just wondering what other people have done in my situation, as I am getting pretty desperate, Ive been experimenting with the pressures with no luck, and Im not able to see a pulmo Dr. until October?!
