My Air report Resmed10 machine

Has anyone that using My Air for resmed 10 machine, had problems lately with data being transferred. For last 2 mornings, I’ve noticed that ahi shows when I stop treatment. But on the actual report there is an x on usage hours chart and ahi chart.

Yes - My Air has had some outages lately. Last week, it missed one day entirely, and finally got the data about 4 days later.

There was a note at their website saying something about an outage.
