I've tried the F20 mask first when I got my Machine last year and didn't like it for some reason, I think I know now.
I settled and have been happy with the N20 nose mask as I also wear a TAP3 dental appliance which I've worn for 20 years as my very first attempt to solve my sleep apnea.
I went back to the F20 a couple of times and always find it miserable because it doesn't vent like my N20 with a constant relief of air.
I'm now losing air thru the hole in the roof of my mouth with the N20 nose mask, so I want to make this F20 work without the dental appliance like it should!
My pressure is already 7-11 but it feels like it's not allowing "exhale" and is suffocating me. Any advice?
F20 doesn't vent
Re: F20 doesn't vent
One question: Are you using a Remed AirSense or some other machine?
If it's a Resmed, did you make sure to change the "mask type" in the settings when you switched to the FFM? That might be the only thing you need to change.
