Manufacturing Date

I have a 3B Luna 3G BPAP and am trying to find the manufacturing date. The serial number is B3C22A26288.
I looked at the message board but the answers didn't fit my serial number.

Also, when getting a new BPAP or CPAP, is there a date/time frame that the machine should be manufactured in relationship to when I got the machine? If I got the machine in January 2025, what time frame should the manufacturing date be if it's paid by insurance?

He's using a golf cart for a CPAP machine. Cool.
