Hello everyone, I need help with CPAP BMC G3 A20 on it the fan turns off. I have been using this device for nine months. Last week I started having trouble sleeping. I couldn't sleep, I looked at the display, and instead of the initial pressure of 7, it shows 8.5 and then quickly returns to 7. My CPAP machine is connected to EcoFlow, and you can see the energy consumption on it. In the first photo, the BMC robot, in the second photo, the Resmed 11 robot for comparison. My device seller does not want to deal with this problem. Therefore, I am asking for your help. Who has dealt with such a problem? Is it possible to solve it by replacing the device control board? The seller suspects that the board is overheating, because I had a humidification number of 5, and a tube heating value of 4.

There are very few members who use BMC CPAP machines. None of the most active members use BMC.
Sorry.
