Diagnosed with apnea from these results;
Obstructive Sleep Apnea (G47.33) - Moderate based on pRDI=16.1 and O2 nadir of 85%

Appreciate any help! Have had elevated hemoglobin hematocrit and rbc, and many symptoms matching polycythemia, and sleepiness in daytime and heavy snoring, believing OSA is causing secondary polycythemia, but here's my lofta results as sleep studies are 6 months out by me.
Appreciate you all

I think we need a bit more info to go with what you sent... like your age, some med history (as relevant as possible to results), what meds you might be taking, plus reasons you felt the need to include the pix and narrative with your results. I mean, really?

27M, generally healthy, I just included detailed report of the results, I'm not entirely sure why that's a bad thing, but my mistake if I wasn't supposed to, I had seen other posts include them so I was just trying to do what was best.
I don't feel like I gave a narrative, just my symptoms.

You don't meet diagnostic criteria for OSA diagnosis. It needs to be 5 AHI or more....yours is 3.6.
Now you do report lots of snoring and daytime sleepiness and snoring can mess with a person's sleep quality for sure.
I doubt that OSA is to blame for your blood issues but nothing is impossible I suppose.
Do you need a cpap machine? Not from the AHI but a maybe from the snoring and sleepiness.
Wouldn't hurt to give it a try.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
