Hello all,
I am new to posting questions on this forum and I was wondering if people share their OSCAR or SleepHQ data here to get guidance and advice.
If so, what is the safest (data safety-wise) and most effective way to post my sleep data with everyone to get guidance and advice? What software is the best for sharing my sleep data to help get guidance and advice? and what settings should I make sure I adjust to not reveal any private information when sharing my sleep data.
Thanks!

Nothing will show that reveals your identity but check it anyway before posting the link.
