resmed aircurve 10 s titration questions

Hi there I've started using my cpap again since Ive been sleeping really bad, in 2015 I was given the resmed airsense 10, I could never get thru the night with it but since watching youtube videos and adjusting setting I can now use 8 hours no problem I'm using mouth tape and airfit n20, when if started a month ago my ahi was like 20 to 30 over and over again, but I have got it down to 4 or 5 now with increasing pressures but then I was getting clear airway events I have bought a aircurve 10 s and have been messing around with it, over all my ahi is now down to 1.5 with 14 over 20, what i'm noticing is that my hypopneas or getting very low like .65 but my OA's are about 12 events a night, they so up when I increase my top number when i look at oscar the oa's happen after what looks like a woke up a spike before the oa there is a small leak usally like 6 when that happens or a reduction in breathing before the wake up and oa my waves have a good shape but every 3o mins or so theres a little wake up not sure if i should increase high number or low number because i don't think the oa's are real since there post arasual. but i am having 1 event of hypopnias so I'm thinking i should increase the top number to 21 any feed back would be helpful I'm getting really close to fixing my problems i think

What is your reasoning?
What do you plan to use as the bottom number?

You expect to eliminate all the hyponeas .....the one you are worried about????? That is an unrealistic expectation.
