Which one is better? I'll delete the other.

Leave them both.
Did you spend much time awake with mask on this night?

Re: standard or soft response
No, I don't think so. I keep a sleep/medical log of anything unusual or if I change a setting. There was nothing for this day, so just a typical day and night, no setting changes.
I had been creeping my minimum up for awhile. Pressure range was 10-12, but I had been at that for awhile with some much better numbers some days.

Re: standard or soft response
How big was that large leak right before this last little snippet you did?
It's throwing me off (your last snippets) because the scale of the breaths doesn't look like the scale that I get when I do the same thing you did.
Plus some of your graph the breath seems to not reach the red line of 0.0 and that doesn't seem to make any sense to me.
I don't know what is going on with your snippet and you are having flagged events when no real reduction in breathing is showing up. I am scratching my head a bit.
See below for one of mine.
I chose this one because it actually happens to show one little flow limited breath (I circled it in red) and you can compare the shape of the breath and see what constitutes a normal rounded breath and a flow limited breath.
Also the one central I had flagged was related to arousal/awake breathing. See the big gulp of air preceding the flagged event? I wasn't asleep because we don't breathe like that while asleep. All the breaths after the gulp and flag...I wasn't asleep.

I probably did something wrong.
What does the red line represent?

Re: standard or soft response
The red line is just a visual reference for the breath. Above the red line should be inspiration and below the red line should be expiration.

It's not exhaling is going down and inhaling is going up?

Re: standard or soft response
Friends, If you want to compare your breathing patterns, you have to use the same scale for the flow chart.
The Y-axis (vertical numbers) goes up to 180 (!) (the top number) in onward60's image, because of that humongous inhale at the beginning, which is dwarfing all the others.
OSCAR is set on "Dynamic Scaling" for the Y axis which is why you get this bizzare chart.
The highest number on Pugsy's Y-axis is 77.1
@onwards60:
You did nothing wrong, it's OSCAR's default.
Put your cursor on the vertical number of the flow chart, then click on the text that says Y-axis
Change your scale to Min =-77 and Max =77
And double click to make it work
Then we can start talking about a comparison to Pugsy's pattern.

I can't figure out how to get that window to pop up.

Put your mouse cursor on the vertical numbers in the flow chart, that should open the gray pop up.
Then click on the text that says Y-axis
Change your scale to Min =-77 and Max =77

Re: standard or soft response
I've had 2 very bad sleep nights in a row. I even took a sleeping pill and still had trouble falling asleep.
Back at the beginning of this I took prescribed sleeping pills for awhile because my brain would not accept the mask when I was lying down. I felt perfectly fine in the daytime when I was "practicing," but wide awake if I tried to sleep with it. I feel like I'm back there again. I guess maybe my brain is not accepting the mask because of the changes I made? I dunno. I'm very tired. I will be back later when I am more awake.
