Bad Reaction to AirMini

Post by Valtrose » Sat Apr 27, 2024 9:48 am

The first two times using my new AirMini went very well. The last few times, however, I had a bad reaction. Almost like an allergic reaction, as if mildew somehow grew inside the machine. I clean the hose and mask very well. The problem happens both with and without a HumidX disc. Has anyone had this problem, and how did you you get past it?

I use my Airsense 11 every night at home and have never had this problem.

People sometimes forget that wherever you put that machine, that's the air you're breathing. I'd look at where you put the machine... is it on the floor? Not good. Best is on the bedside table with the filter end at the edge.

When I get these problems on the home machine the filter gets changed and the hose goes in the trash... mask gets a cleaning... go for a reset.
