0.3 event per hour

I started using the machine 3 months ago! It was 8 the doctror said!
My events was 0.3 this morning! Is that something to worry about?
it? Do i have to bring it down at 0.0?

No, no - you're doing great, but even more important than numbers is whether you feel better, so concentrate on that and see how things go.

That is a great score. It has taken me many months to get to this level. I found out that when the mask goes on, I don’t say a word. My events now are always below one. I have even hit zero on more than one occasion. I have even hit zero on occasions.
