What pressure would you recommend me to use based on the cpap titration below?

Based of the chart I would start at a steady pressure of 7.4 since that is where the AHI is zero. A pressure of 7ish is a pretty normal starting pressure for an adult.

Most people prefer the APAP mode and a high/low pressure. If you want that I would set it on low of 7.0 and a high of 14.0

If it is to much push back when you are exhaling turn on EPR and start it at 1. You can increase it up to 3 if you do not feel like it is enough.

I generally recommend people disable the RAMP feature or turn the time to 10 minutes or less, since during that time you really aren't getting any benefit from the machine.

If you haven't already done so download "Oscar" software from the sticky links at the top. Make sure you have a SD card (2gb to 32gb) in the slot to record your data on. Make sure you either have a slot on your computer it will fit or get a SD -> USB adapter to read the card.

With Oscar you can see in a very detailed way how you are doing each day and if you need to tweak up or down. And you can post the graphs for others to read them and help you with adjustments.
