Central Sleep Apneas

Post by Dgriffin333 » Fri Feb 09, 2024 2:39 pm

Hi everyone!

I have been having an average of 4-5 central apneas per night for the past year plus of treatment.

I am wondering if I should reduce my pressure settings as Im having almost 0 obstructive apneas?

Looking for input on what settings I should try?

Reducing the minimum pressure may or may not reduce the centrals.
It all depends on what is causing the centrals.
If the pressure isn't the trigger then it won't help but sure won't hurt to try though.
