AirCurve 10 water tank replacement
AirCurve 10 water tank replacement
I have a AirCurve10 and can’t find a water tank replacement anywhere. I purchased a “standard water tank” that suppose to fit the AirSense 10 and the AirCurve 10. Upon receiving the standard water tank I noticed it’s smaller than the one that came with my machine and when inserting it into my machine air blows out of the sides and my machine gives me a red sad face on the display. Also when I ware my mask it’s not pushing continues air like I had with the old tank. So the replacement tank doesn’t work with the AirCurve 10. Does anyone have this same issue? and where can I find a tank that works with AirCurve10?

They are all the same. Are you sure it is a ResMed chamber or is it a generic off brand made to supposedly work with the AirCurve/AirSense/AirStart machines?
I get mine off Amazon and never had a problem but I make sure that it is OEM ResMed.

Re: AirCurve 10 water tank replacement
It almost sounds like you got a water Tank for an Airsense 11 which is smaller and very different from the AS 10.
I am surprised it even goes into the Aircurve 10.
I have been using the Aircurve 10 for over 5 years and have acquired water tanks from CPAP.com and Crapria and others. I have never had an issue.
I did have 1 issue a couple nights ago when I attempted to put my wife's Aircurve 11 water tank into my machine. It was bed time, I was tired, it took almost 3 seconds for me to realize my error and put her tank in her Airsense 11.
I am the official water boy for both machines.

Re: AirCurve 10 water tank replacement
The AirCurve 10 and AirSense 10 use the same water tank.
I have both machines and use the tank interchangeably.
I agree with bwexler, you probably received an Air11 tank, instead of an Air10 tank. The are similar looking. If you do a Google image search, you should be able to see the differences between them.
One of the prominent differences is the seal on the air inlet on the Air11 tank that's not present on the Air10 tank.
