Chin strap
Chin strap
I have TMJ, which is where my jaw locks/aches. The chin strap that I have pulls my chin back, so it is causing my jaw to hurt. Also, it gives me headaches. I have the one that velcros at the top and back. I have adjusted it every which way, and it is painful. Any suggestions on a comfortable, good strap. What do you think about the Knightsbridge strap? I have long hair, so the single straps slip all over my head. Please help
Re: Chin strap
I have read that the Knightsbridge Strap works but read recently that their website had been “hacked” and should be avoided for the time being. The Knitsbridge strap differs from the others in that the chinstrap attaches to a cap toward the front so it doesn’t pull the jaw backwards.
Re: Chin strap
This might help since it doesn't pull back rather hold in place. Good for ppl like yourself with TMJ. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00PM53X ... asin_titlejanevgen wrote: ↑Sun Dec 31, 2023 3:44 amI have TMJ, which is where my jaw locks/aches.
