Please review my OSCAR data

Post by gaarah7 » Tue Jul 04, 2023 1:23 pm

I'm using a resmed autoset 10 which I received recently through insurance, I'm using min pressure 7 and max at 20. I've been feeling better than before but still feel a little groggy and brain foggish when waking up. My nasal congestion could be playing a role that I'm struggling to fix, please let me know if any tweaks can be made.

Others will likely come along with more advice, but I see one thing that might help. You Have EPR set for ramp only, but you are not using ramp (which is a good thing.) You want to set EPR at 3 for full time. This will probably make you more comfortable and may decrease your flow limits as well.

But it's also likely to decrease the effect of the min. setting by a couple, so something to keep in mind if you use it.
