Price has dropped more..
This is a great deal. I've tested it over the past few nights, and with my Resmed S9 and a cigarette lighter adapter from Amazon, no humidity or heated hose, it uses about 18% per night. Should be good for at least 4 nights, and might just eke out a fifth night. Li Ion batteries can be depleted almost entirely without harm. The only issue with this is that it charges only at 45watts, so takes about 8 hours to charge. But for the price, it's worth it. Weighs 8 lbs.
Battery backup Tenergy: no heated hose or humidity:
Day 1: 100% to 82%,
Day 2: 82% to 63%,
Day 3: 63% to 44%.
Day 4: 44% to 18%, this night used 26% for 9.3 hours.
=2.8 percent per hour. so total of 35.71 hours. = 5.1 days at 7 hours a night, if you drain it to zero.
So conservatively, good for 4 nights on a Resmed S9 with a 12 volt adapter.
I'm curious to test it using the built-in inverter to compare efficiency. Will post those results soon.
ADDED: Using the same settings, but with built-in inverter. 1 night, 8.3 hours. 30% used. 3.61 percent per hour. Uses 30% more energy per hour. So using the built-in inverter, 2, maybe 3 nights max.
Also, the unit turns itself off if CPAP is not running, so it is a bit of a pain compared to the 12 volt output option. It doesn't do this with DC output.
Great deal on battery backup for CPAP 23 aH for $100, and only 8lbs.

I have one of those too, and it's a great solar generator! (Especially if you can get it at that price)
If not, then this is better for many reasons: (Got 2 of these)

Thanks so much for this, just got mine! Can you post the type of cigarette lighter adapter you used?

I used this brand, which seems great, small, works well, no problems. https://amzn.to/42EbFYM

Re: Great deal on battery backup for CPAP 23 aH for $100, and only 8lbs.
I've finally gotten around to giving this thing a test run, slow charging for sure which is a negative but that can be dealt with if you know what you're getting into.
The bigger issue with it is the DC Cigarette lighter socket is:
1 - Too shallow to accommodate most such plugs and
2 - It's pretty smooth, meaning once inserted, the plug doesn't seem to grip well at all and pops out. Last thing one needs is for that thing to randomly pop out in the middle of the night. No pun intended
Solution is a 5.5mm x 2.1mm barrel connector with a 12v Cigarette lighter adapter on the other end which I happen to have around from other battery experiments. A handy item to have around for anyone looking to use these portable power banks anyways. Like the one below - at least if this adapter is too shallow you can wrap with duct tape for a good night's sleep
This Tenergy unit, the Bluetti, and many others, will take this same connector:
