I have been using the airfit p10 size large for years with no leaks. A few weeks ago i started getting bad air leaks every night. I changed my pillows, and first night there was no leaks. Next night it came back. Changed the strap, and it went away again for 1 or 2 nights then came back. Since then i have changed pillows 2 more times and straps 3 times. I can not seem to stop it from leaking. It feels like the large pillows now are too small. Not sure if my nose grew or what has happened. I have tried with straps loose and with straps tight. No difference. It seems to leak under and around where the pillows touch my nose. It doesn’t look like xl size pillows are a thing. That confuses me. Any suggestions on what i can try, thanks
I am using a resmed aircurve 10 vauto
Can’t figure out leak issue
Re: Can’t figure out leak issue
Check the P10 short hose for pin hole leaks.
Check your long hose (from machine to mask) for small pin hole leaks.
Or try a brand new P10 and/or long hose and see if the new leaks as well.
I had a tiny hole in my heated hose that was causing an intermittent leak. I only found it by filling the long hose with water and watched it drip out where the tiny pinhole was.

So part of my leak, probably the biggest part was the rubber connection from my climate hose to my short hose. I forgot i was gonna order a new hose because my short hose fit too loose and kept blowing off. I taped it then forgot. It was leaking around the tape. I ordered another hose and while waiting for it to come it i used a ziptie and made it really tight. No more leaks. I will replace when my new hose comes in.

Always put the tape/rubber band on the *outside* of the rubbery end, to just tighten it up a little.scotnemily@gmail.com wrote: ↑Thu May 04, 2023 4:56 pmSo part of my leak, probably the biggest part was the rubber connection from my climate hose to my short hose. Yeah mine was on the outside, but i did it in the middle of the night and used some kind of medical tape. Then forgot to fix it
