skin care

If we are not supposed to wear night creams on our face at night, what are other women out there doing about skin care? Are you wearing it anyway? :?

Which night cream do you prefer? Do you need it to keep the skin from drying?

One of my friends applies Olay Regenerist about 2-3 hours before bed. She uses an N20 mask and never had a problem.

I do practically nothing, and am often mistaken for a much younger frog.
When you read the labels of most products,
think about what they SAY they do, vs what they actually do.
Most contain preservatives, to delay spoilage--
But what do they do to living tissue?
Moisturizers clog pores; many other ingredients irritate, or dessicate.
Fragrance is not always harmless--volatile oils can be toxic.
Genetics is on my side, but so is never smoking, and barely drinking.
Alcohol and tobacco do a number on your skin. Avoid them.

I use the Bleep Eclipse. Once I have attached the Halos, I apply my moisturizer. (I have dry skin.) No issues.
