Guess what one of the side effects of withdrawal of Abilify is?
Sleepiness? Vivid dreams?

I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't.

Sleepiness in some and insomnia in others and both in others. I can't catch a break, yet. I'm notgivingupagain!

That's ok, it's early.
Nah I'm an ASPS with a couple dark roast on board so I pretty much hit the floor running.

I am trying to devise an experiment to determine how Spontaneous Trigger and Cycle are calculated. Manuals suggest it's only the last 20 breaths, and that would be worthless.
Stellar 150 manual wrote:Yellow arrows display at the top or bottom of the pressure bar graph will show if a machine trigger or cycle occurred. If the inspiratory phase extends beyond the spontaneous cycle by Ti Min, a red arrow is displayed.
Do you see arrow or similar on your machine when it initiates and/or terminates a breath?

No. There is just a green bar that moves right and left when I take in a breath and let out a breath. But I'll try to look tonight to double check.

And what the heck is a ASPS? Thank goodness for coffee.

I posted last night's chart from Hq. Are there any other charts I should post at this time? In a particular order, I forgot if you need certain graphs.

To be clear, I mean when the machine initiates and terminates the breath, not you. Letting the machine initiate the breath should be easy, making it terminate the breath may be difficult cause Ti max is set at a ridiculous value.

Not from me, I usually find SkyLab View and snippets inadequate.

Advanced Sleep Phase Syndrome (combined with short sleeper).

Don't need the caffeine, just love good coffee.

Next time you're in Rome hit up Sant 'Eustachio Il Caffè.

To die for.

Hmmm, I wonder if I have that? I just Googled it and it sounds like me. It happens whether I'm on therapy or not!

I don't know, I'm quite confused. I will look tonight and pay attention to what the green bar does and how it appears.

Ti Max was changed from original 2.0s to 2.4s. In your opinion is that too high a number or too low a number?

I'm always searching for good coffee. I even grind my own., tastes better than the pre-ground.

Been to Rome, ADORE THAT CITY!!

Yeah we put on a LOT of miles. This allows me to create dozens of personas on SleepHQ that look legit even if they have the ability to track VPNs. Which they probably wouldn't block cause so many people use VPNs.

IMO it's actually irrelevant.

The Test

Here's the test (if you are so inclined) Can be done anytime. Do blocks of 40 breaths on the machine, turn it off and record Spontaneous Trigger and Cycle.

1. 40 breaths that you know you initiate and terminate.
2. 20 breaths that you know you initiate and terminate F/B 20 breaths that you let the machine initiate and terminate the breath.
3. 20 breaths that you know you initiate and terminate F/B 20 breaths that you let the machine initiate and you terminate the breath.
4. 20 breaths that you know you initiate and terminate F/B 20 breaths that you initiate and let the machine terminate the breath.

I think this should work, if anybody has suggestions please contribute.
