I’m doing ok with it, 8 nights in but still waking up multiple times.I plugged in my data to Oscar and have been comparing to my Apple Watch and I found that most of wake-ups are not related to events. Averaging 1.4 events per hour though which is normal I guess. Some events wake me up but most don’t. I also have a few central apneas now that I’m on the machine, they last about 12 seconds or so which contribute to the AHI. The machine feels ok to be honest, I wear it all night but still getting used to everything. I guess these wakeups are just conditioning from before using the machine? I've had alot of sleep anxiety due to this over the past few years, so I guess it might take time to recover from that. I’m able to fall back to sleep but it’s still annoying, everyone says it's normal to wakeup between sleep cycles, I guess im just really aware of it especially with the machine. I do feel better overall, I’m just not sure when I should start lifting weights again since my body has been through alot over the past few years. Im not sure how your sleep was before, were you waking up multiple times? How long did It take you to where you were not waking up 4 or more times a night?
