. . . now traveling in Europe and I've hit a couple of countries and seems to be connecting fine to local networks and reporting back. Data showing up on Myair as usual. So it should be fine if you want to be outside of USA for a while (1 month+) and want to meet compliance.
Yeah, my experience as well in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Others have not been as lucky.

Finally getting my Resmed AirSense 11 after 6 month wait but now there's the question about compliance and travel. I do travel quite a bit, often with 4+ weeks outside the USA at a time which makes me question how compliance is going to work here. If Resmed AS 11 using an IOT modem that works mostly everywhere then it should be fine. Otherwise I may not be complaint some months until I get back to USA and machine reports back...

I do own an AirMini but I've been informed that it can't be used for compliance when I'm away, which is tragic. They were able to use mix and match reports from S9 and Airmini to approve supplies.

Anyone knows if AS11 modem and reports work internationally?
Your doc should be able to help you work thru this by explaining the reason IF there is a delay.

afaik - insurance usu. wants compliance on the equipment they are paying for. And you should be able to prove that when you return to the US by the data in your cpap if there is a loss of signal while away.

Make sure your doc knows you are traveling.

OR you could check with your insurance to see if they would really mind IF you didn't begin compliance until you return? then use the mini while away?

Safe travels to you and your family -- enjoy. :D :)

The issue is that I already have an Airmini which is way more practical for traveling. So the ONLY reason for lugging the bigger AS11 around the world is to meet compliance so insurance ends paying for it after 10 months.
nicesleepr just make sure the mini is adjusted right and is treating you correctly and you feel rested before you depart
