After having had incredible sleep over the past few weeks, with the last 2-3 nights being crappy (last night was worst since starting) I wonder how often anyone wearing the N30 replaces thier cushion and/or headgear?
My best night ever came with a new cushion. I have sort of kept track but need to do better. I don’t like the buckle on headgear so i have several oldschool P10 straps I rotate and shrink.
Of course insurance covers just one per 3m. I got a few off ebay. Trying to figure out if anyone else feels the cushions last X days til they feel too leaky? Of maybe straps give out?
Trying to get used to the P10 so I have an alternate.
thanks to anyone willing to share their experience.

Re: how often are you replacing mask/cushions/headgear N30
When I first tried the N30, there was a buckle on the right side of the headgear. Since I sleep primarily on my right side, this was uncomfortable. My low-tech solution was to slide the headgear off the metal frame and then reattach the headgear with the buckle on the left. Problem solved, at least in my case.
I had the same problem as you, it seemed that the cushion only lasted a short time (certainly not 90 days) before it didn't work well. Frustrating, and one reason I abandoned F30.
I see you mentioned the F10. It is similar with respect to the buckle on the headgear, and the same solution worked for me. I suggest you keep at it. I didn't like it at first, tried again 6 months later, and now love it. No idea why but that's what happened for me. Maybe it will work that way for you.

I think yours was the tale I read which led me back to trying the P10 again. I want to like it.
I primarily sleep on my right and considering making sure the buckle is on my left and trying that way. It will bug me if I flip over though.
I found some replacement N30s that so far have averaged me around $7/each after shipping and really love the mask. I just wonder how many days others are getting because even at the price of a starbucks with a tip it still seems a little wasteful if I have to replace after a week or two.

Re: how often are you replacing mask/cushions/headgear N30
I’ve been using my CPAP about 2.5 years and replace my P10 nasal pillows about once a year, have yet to replace my humidifier tank or heated hose, and replace the straps about every 6 months. I wipe the pillows off once a week or so and wash the hose/humidifier when I notice it could use a clean which is about every three months. I only use distilled water in my home unit and tap/bottled water in my travel unit.
YMMV of course.
