New to OSCAR but have been using F&P Sleepsense for about a year. I lurked here at the start of my treatment and got lots of tips, but at that time F&P wasn't supported by OSCAR. I was delighted to see recently that it now is and I've jumped into the data!
I've been doing well, original AHI was 80 now consistently under 2. I've also improved in terms of brain fog and sleepiness but still suffering from exhaustion. I have a number of other conditions that are contributing to that - long COVID with recurrent pericarditis and arrythmia, hyperparathyroidism and polycystic ovary syndrome.
I'm trying to see if I'm getting the most out of my CPAP treatment and it seems I am doing well. The one thing that is confusing me is the Flow Limitation rate averaging over 12. I can't seem to find any reference ranges, but this does seem high and if I understand it right is a precursor to me waking or having an event. Does anyone have any insight on this for me? I've included my charts below (doesn't seem to be a flow limitation rate one - I think this must be a f&p limitation).
