Air Sense 11 DC to DC CONVERTER

Post by ORCARV » Mon Jul 18, 2022 12:56 pm

1. Ran out of water cutback on temp setting. After 8 hrs of sleep, I am now waking up to water still in chamber.

2. Question, my old machine as10 has a 12v adapter to use in car and rv.

Where can I find a 12v adapter for my AirSense 11 cpap?

P.S. cannot use 12v adapter for AS10 on AS11 machine. Plugs are different.

As far as I know, ResMed does not have one available.

Here is a user claiming to use the AirMini converter on his AS 11 - http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread ... #pid419936

Resmed said 9 months ago they would have the dc converter out by the later part of 2022. I have been calling this company for 9 months to build the converter for the air sense 11. still no converter. I got tired waiting. you don't need the converter. what I use, the portable out let battery. all you do is plug the air sense 11 into the battery with your plug you use now. the battery will get you thru one night with no humidity. I use the battery with air only. slim line hose. I use about 60 percent of the battery for one night use. when done I charge it back up with the optional dc charger you can buy for 30 dollars. all I do is transfer power from a 100 amp battery to the portable outlet. it takes about 3 hours to fully charge up the portable outlet to 100 percent. very pleased with this battery. you can also use it with ups if you house power goes out. only draw back about this battery. its expensive. I paid 300 dollars for it. go to portableoutlet.com
