Side note: Oscar. I am on Mac. And can't seem to use the app. It won't allow me to even allow it access in security and privacy. I can't even open it. Won't even allow me to grant it permissions.
Thank you so much for your guidance and patience.

Without knowing more details or messages, little I can do to offer specific advice other than the install instructions from the OSCAR support page.

http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph ... _Apple_Mac

First time it is run, use "Control-Run", then "Open" to grant permission.

Thank you both! I got it working on my Intel Mac mini (Not the M1 air). How do I export data from the ResMed to the SD card that is readable by Oscar. Been rooting around the internet, but can't find direct instructions. The only thing I could export from the app was a CSV file. Thank you!!!

People with Apple Silicone have reported success with M1s and OSCAR.

You don't export from ResMed to SD Card, the The Resmed will:
  • Automatically write all tracked compliance and summary to the SD Card upon insertion.
  • Write the detail data, but only if the card is present during the session. You can't go back and get it.
You then just insert the SD Card into your computer and import it into OSCAR.

Ok I got it imported, but the data seems like more or less what I have on my phone app. Tried to post a screenshot of it, but it said my max had been reached. Maybe I can upload to a dropbox.

You don't need to post a screen shot, I know what's it's going to look like.

As I said, the device will only write the compliance and summary data, not the detail data (the graphs), unless the card was inserted during the sleep session.

Congestion quick solution: Mucinex nasal spray-one squirt in each hole--sniff hard.
Then apply a breathe-right strip.
Remove breathe-right strip before showing up for work.

Nice.

Make sure you put your SD Card back into your CPAP, and tonight it will record the detail data as you sleep, then tomorrow import into OSCAR and look at all the pretty pictures.

Is the AS11 like the AS10 in that Options > Essentials has to be changed to PLUS
for ALL the info to get written to the card--
Or saved at all?
Is the terminology different--or the same?

Page 19 of the manual.

Looks like patient access to sleep report data on the LCD screen is called
Patient View and the choices are Simple/Advanced.
I would assume Simple is the basic hours of use and Advanced is the detailed information that is like the Essentials/Plus thing.
