I have a medical condition that is worsened by missing sleep. I need to get my new CPAP as soon as possible. Do I need a Doctors letter to raise my priority? Please advise me ASAP.

Re: Upgrade Priority of Request
I'm guessing you posted that here thinking this is a support forum for a store. While CPAP.COM does sponsor our forum (very graciously, I might add), it's not where they do support. I suggest you call them directly.

Sleep loss is a terrible thing. People get grumpy, short-tempered, etc. That happens here even among the generally friendly. Try not to take it personally.

Do you have a doctor's prescription for a machine? If you do, go ahead and start looking on sites selling used as well as new machines. (If you get a used machine, it can become your backup machine when you get a new one.)
Also try PMing forum member LSAT, who sometimes has lightly used machines for sale. I got my machine from him, and everything went very smoothly.
Finally, any chance of finding a rental?
