Hi,
I bought a used Fisher & Paykel Icon+ Auto and when I plug in the SmartStick (flash USB drive) into my laptop and import the data to OSCAR, it shows the current year as 2042. There is some data in there from 2012, which I think is when the machine was last used by the previous owner. How do I fix it? Also, the data that is shown on OSCAR and on the display of the machine are different. E.g. OSCAR shows 0.0 AHIs (machine shows anywhere from 0 to 7) and lower mask leak rates
Also there are two options to look at sleep data on the display: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) report and (US specific) or Patient report (according to the manual). Can anyone please explain the difference between the two? The CMS one always shows 0 AHIs whereas the US Specific seems more accurate. Also, at what time is the cutoff for seeing data for the previous night on the display? Sometimes it doesn't seem to update on time. Like today it says 7.3 AHIs just like it did yesterday.
Thanks for reading.

Thanks for posting the OP to where I would see it (though I saw it here later). Here's the resolution in case you are interested.zonker wrote: ↑Mon Sep 20, 2021 5:39 pmyou'll be better served to post this thread-

The date problem is probably a bad date in the CPAP machine. I've seen bad dates happen before when a F&P machine was unused for a long period of time. The SleepStyle machine I use for testing is off by 34 days. I've not found how to change the date.
It appears that OSCAR does not work correctly with the Icon+ machine, despite it being listed as "partly supported" in our list of machines. I have seen confusion before about whether this machine is actually supported, so I am calling it "unsupported" for now. We have more SleepStyle testers than I have ever heard of people with an Icon+, so our focus for the next release (1.3.0) is on machines that benefit more users. I am not expecting the Icon+ to be supported in 1.3.0.
