The Great Pillow Question

Post by bwexler » Sat Jul 10, 2021 12:28 pm

Who can recommend a good pillow for a side Sleeper with a mask?
My current pillow is over 10 years old and it may be getting close to time for replacement.
I have been using latex pillows for as long as I can remember. I wonder if some of the newer technologies might offer improved sleep.

All suggestions are welcomed.

The best pillow is the one you are most comfortable with. Just like masks, my best pillow may be your worst.

Just use whatever pillow you already like.
I avoid gimmicky "cpap" pillows--simple is best--and less expensive, too.
