Hi guys !

Humidity 4 works ok for me, no nosebleeds or any kind of irritation, but it's still congesting me a bit, enough that I have to mouth breathe... Don't know, I may try 3 tonight. I'm just afraid that 3 won't be enough and that nosebleed will be triggered again. Or maybe it will be enough, maybe this nosebleed I had was a result of 10 days dry air blowing into my nose, it didn't occur after first night :?:

Try lower humidity number but also do some of the extra hydration stuff prior to bed...specifically a couple of squirts of something like Simply Saline nasal solution to help out the nasal mucosa.
You can use as much saline solution as you want.

Pugsy, thank you for being so kind and giving me precious advice 🙏🙏🙏

I do use saline water all the time, I cant live without it, I'll boost it more in the evening.

Will try 3 tonight.

Also Im going to vacation on a sea in 2 days, I'll be sinking my head in water few times a day 😂😂😂 Hopefully it'll help.
