Feeling tired with low AHI

Post by DavidTre » Sun Apr 11, 2021 9:13 am

I don't know what to do anymore, I have been using CPAP for around 6 months, after a lot of trial and error I managed to sleep the whole night with the P10 mask and mouth tape

I currently have an AHI of 0-2 and feel way more rested than before, but still I do not wake up feeling at 100% and need up to 10 hours of sleep

I think the issue is that I wake up multiple times per night, i.e. yesterday I woke up at: 0:48, 4:03, 5:23, 6:20, 7:34

When I wake up I fall asleep pretty fast (1-5 minutes) but according to my wearable my heart rate goes up to 80 during those arousals (even though sleeping heart rate is around 60

Attaching the CPAP data for the night I am talking about, where I slept 9 hours with CPAP but still didn't wake up energized

Any help is appreciated!

In my opinion, your problem and solution are in the report and in your settings.

Den

David, it's best to stick to one thread, especially when the problems your raising are similar. I'd suggest you stay with this one:
