Hi so before I got the CPAP I was regularly getting 5 - 6 hours of sleep and waking up early, probably because my sleep quality was so poor.
It's been 6 months and I've settled around a pressure working for me (14.5 - 15). I've noticed my daytime yawning is reduced, but I've also noticed that I take more naps now. Whereas before If I got 6 hours of sleep I could make it to the next night without needing a nap, with the CPAP and COVID quarantine if I get 5 - 6 hours I end up taking a nap around 5 PM because I'm so tired.
Can anyone explain why the CPAP would make me more tired? Overall I feel the CPAP has been a benefit but the effect has felt small and I was expecting a bigger difference.
Thanks
6 months later..snoring less but taking more naps?

and i put a question mark there because you haven't posted any data from oscar, so it's just a guess at this point. you aren't new to this and i see you've posted before.
so, give us some facts to work with and maybe someone can explain it.
good luck!

Your therapy results are probably not good. You need to download OSCAR, plug the SD card from the machine in your computer and post your results here so we can try to determine what's wrong.CuredApnea wrote: ↑Tue Feb 23, 2021 10:37 pmHi so before I got the CPAP I was regularly getting 5 - 6 hours of sleep and waking up early, probably because my sleep quality was so poor.
