I've been using a DSX500T11 for two years but since this new machine is free (inlaws) I figured I'd try it. I've tweaked the settings on my apap but would like to know what you all think I should start with regarding settings on the new bipap auto?

Here is some data:

c-flex 3

Minimum EPAP 6.5
Minimum PS 3
Maximum PS 5
Maximum IPAP 25
Auto bilevel mode
Flex setting of your choice...I would use 2 or 3

See what the detailed reports look like and how you feel and sleep with the above settings.
