Good numbers but why?
I know, "never inspect a gift horse's mouth" but I like to know why my numbers are markedly better. Same mask, same machine but as the usual 3-5 AHI, I am not getting a 0.7, 0.5 nights! What else should I look for? I did not lose weight nor my health changed...

Just keep doing what you are doing and they will probably get worse for you (at least for a while) and then get better again. That is the way it goes for me anyway.

Re: Good numbers but why?
You've changed the settings on your machine.
In the 6 month - 1 year time frame, your minimum pressure was 5 CM and your AHI was about 3.6
In the last 30 days your minimum pressure was 10 CM and your AHI was around 2.4.
